What your business needs

Production built for retail and wholesale

Packaged food brands join with a recipe that works and a batch size ready for more than a home kitchen. Here is what the incubator gives you.

You need production capacity

Book prep, bakery and hot line stations by the hour, at $20, $30 and $40 by day and 40% off at night. Spend the credit across any of the six kitchens, in any mix.

You need a licensed production site

Show every buyer a licensed production site: six Board of Health certified kitchens, with help on your health department paperwork when you join.

You need room for inventory

Keep inventory, jars and boxes in dry shelf, walk-in fridge and freezer space, or a lockable cage at $50 a month, with $100 to $300 of monthly storage credit in every plan.

You're ready for wholesale

Unlock wholesale access and marketing benefits on Builder. Producer adds a reserved recurring production slot and booking priority, so the run happens on the same day every time.

You need business support

Get an onboarding call when you join, one consulting hour a month, business guides and a Digital Growth Audit.

Questions packaged food founders ask

Can I run a production batch here for retail or wholesale?

Yes. Prep, bakery and hot line stations book by the hour, and you can spend your credit across any of the six kitchens in any mix. Builder adds wholesale access. Producer adds booking priority and a reserved recurring production slot.

Where do inventory and packaging live between runs?

Dry shelf $20, walk-in fridge space $30, walk-in freezer space $40, or a lockable cage $50, each per month, with $100 to $300 of monthly storage credit in every plan. Storage is assigned in order of signup.

Can I book the same kitchen at the same time every week?

Producer includes a reserved recurring production slot and booking priority. On Starter and Builder, hours are first come, first served, and the building is open around the clock.

Can I use the kitchen address as my business address?

Use the address where you receive business mail. The kitchen address is your production site.

Do I need to be a certain size to join?

Any size works. Starter is built for businesses at the beginning: farmers market bakers, caterers testing demand, packaged goods founders doing their first runs. As you grow, Builder and Producer are a 5-day notice away, and we will run the numbers with you.

What does it take to get started?

Choose a plan, or book a tour first to see the kitchens. New memberships carry a one-time $250 signup fee and a refundable one-month security deposit, and onboarding includes hands-on help with your health department paperwork so you can start producing legally as soon as possible. From there, your first month's credit is ready and you book your first hours.
